How to Use the Traditional Sauna

The traditional sauna offers a powerful, dry heat experience created by heating stones with a live flame. This style of sauna produces a deeper, more intense heat than infrared and should be approached with awareness and respect.

The heat is direct, radiant, and strong. Move slowly, listen to your body, and avoid rushing the experience. Click HERE to see the full benefits.

You may slide the dimmer to adjust the lighting to your preference during your session.

Temperature Control

Once set, allow the sauna time to fully heat before entering.
