How to Use the Cold Plunge
The cold plunge offers a focused, invigorating exposure designed to stimulate circulation, sharpen the nervous system, and build mental resilience. The experience should feel intentional and controlled — cold, but steady — rather than rushed or chaotic.
Cold exposure is powerful in small doses. Less time, done well, is more effective than pushing too far. Click HERE to see the full benefits.

Access
The three cold plunges located in the courtyard are self service for members. passes, and drop-ins.
Before entering any courtyard plunge, please rinse thoroughly in one of our three self-service rinse showers. This helps keep the water clean and comfortable for everyone.
If a plunge cover is on when you arrive, you’re welcome to remove it. We kindly ask that you replace the cover after your use.
A separate cold plunge is located inside the Elements Private Sanctuary and is available by private booking only. Book it HERE.
During Your Plunge
Enter the plunge slowly and deliberately. Focus on steady breathing as your body adapts to the cold.
Most guests find 30 seconds to 3 minutes is plenty to receive the benefits. Longer is not necessary.
If at any point you feel lightheaded, overly uncomfortable, or unsteady, exit the plunge calmly and allow your body to recover.
Plunge Temperatures
Our courtyard includes three cold plunges, each maintained at a consistent temperature:
58°F — lighter cold exposure
48°F — moderate, balanced stimulation
38°F — deep, intense cold exposure
Please do not adjust the temperature settings on the courtyard plunges. These temperatures are intentionally set and monitored by our team.
After Your Plunge
After exiting, take a moment to breathe and allow your body temperature to normalize. Many guests choose to move into a sauna session or rest briefly between rounds.
Please replace the plunge cover if you removed it, and be mindful of wet floors when stepping out.
